Anybody interested in playing along with me here? I'm thinking of running some sort of dystopian lit challenge. Not as large-scale as my personal quest, mind you, but a "pick 5 and read them" sort of thing. What say you, friends and strangers?
I have already started buying dystopian lit for next year. I've decided to either devote my whole year to a single theme or to maybe go every-other-month on a theme.
Doc: going with one theme all year's really been interesting. By now, a picture is starting to come clear about what we've feared in different parts of the modern ages, what we fear now, and how close we've come over the years to being right.

Me please! I already set myself a goal of 5 dystopians to read for the year, but I'm already done so I'll happily do 5 more.
What are the rules, boss? Time limit? Are short stories allowed?
Hmm, I'll get all the details set up in the next few days. I just think it'll be fun to have one or two folks along for the ride.
